That was totally Wicked

wicked_img Yes, my family was one of the few in the valley to to get tickets to Wicked playing here at the Capitol Theater. And we didn't have to wait in line for 6 hours to get them. We actually got them back in June through a friend of my mom who has season tickets  and was able to purchase them before the general public. This was the second time I saw it. I saw it a year ago in London. And it was just as good here as it was there. I was pretty impressed with this cast. It was fun to see it with my family and especially my sister Bekah. She has wanted to see it for 7 years and finally got to yesterday.
We also went to The Pie up by the U. I heard that it was good and it was. Be careful if you order a large. It's huge

Hurray for Blossoms

Blossoms2It is so much fun to walk around Temple Square in the spring because the flowers are planted and thriving and there are blossoms everywhere. It's fun to just be outside.

I've started a new tradition of running on my lunch break. I go up through memory park to City Creek Canyon. It is super great. Ok, after the first day I was dying a little bit. I discovered there are a few more hills is SLC than there are in WJ. But my body is quickly adjusting and loving it. I don't get as antsy toward the end of the day. And it is so nice to get my workout out of the way so I can get others things done in the evening.

And I have a wo0hoo news! Last week I got a letter telling me that the last $300 of my student loan has been forgiven. Wow. So I am officially done. Just in time to start paying my for graduate school. I haven't succeeded in getting into a program yet but I am not giving up.

Oh BTW Happy Administrative Assistants Day! I had no idea that it was today until my boss surprised me with flowers today. It was totally sweet.
